Data Transfer MethodsSupported and Certified Data Transfer Mechanisms SAE OnBoard supports Email and Web Services data transfer mechanisms for the transfer of ELD Records to the FMCSA. Certifying StatementSAE Onboard was tested using the ELD Test Plan and Procedures 2.0 document provided by the FMCSA as a guideline. The test certificates provided by the FMCSA were used for testing the output file transfer to the FMCSA server and data transfer compliance monitoring. We believe that SAE Onboard meets the technical specifications set forth in the Appendix to Subpart B of Part 395 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations.
