| Data Transfer Methods | The ELD supports 2 methods of exporting the driver's ELD data via web service or email. If you are pulled over by a law enforcement officer and a request is made to see your daily log, then you have 3 options for offering that information. Click on the law enforcement export from the main screen. This will bring up A page with the following options. 1) The first option is to send the officer the daily log information through the web. This will require a routing code from the officer. Enter the code and select export. The information will be sent to the officer. 2) The second option is through email. Press on email to select this option. The officer will provide an email address, type it in, then press export. 3) The third option is for the officer to view the daily log information on your device. Select view on screen. This will bring up a view of your daily log. The officer can scroll up and down to look over the day’s information. The officer will be in a read only mode, so no changes can be made from this screen. |
